The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 working days from the delivery. The Purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal within the above term, sending a registered letter with advice of delivery. The above mentioned communication can be sent also by telegram, fax or e-mail on condition that it is confirmed by a registered letter with advice of delivery within the following 48 hours.

The return of the products must be made within 30 calendar days from the delivery. The dispatch costs are at the Purchaser’s expenses.
The products must be returned in the same conditions as they were received, that is in a perfect state of conservation, not used, complete with all their components, with the original packaging.

We suggest to inspect carefully the packaging for damage on delivery. If it appears that the products in the packaging are damaged, please refuse to accept shipment. Products are considered accepted if not refused within 30 calendar days from the delivery.
